Traffic control lights are back in operation on East Putnam Avenue (Route 1) and surrounding streets in central Greenwich after a power outage that began early in the afternoon Wednesday.
North Maple Avenue has been reopened to traffic, Greenwich Police said.
A total of 2,388 were without power at 1 p.m. The number is down to 1,494 at 4:15 p.m.
